These terms govern your use of QuoteTalk. By creating an account you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy.
You must verify your email address before you can create quotes. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. You must give accurate business details, because they appear on the documents your customers receive.
You are responsible for the customer information you enter, including having a lawful basis to hold it and to email those customers. We store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, your business bank details and your documents so the service can work. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
A quote counts towards your 3 free quotes as soon as it is created and saved, including drafts. Deleting a quote does not return a free quote. If you have ever been on the Paid plan, your free allowance ends permanently. You can always view, download and email documents you have already created.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the Free plan. If a payment fails we allow a 3 day grace period at full access while the payment is retried, after which the account moves to Free. If you delete your account, any active subscription is cancelled first.
Drafts are generated from what you tell us and are never sent automatically. You must review every document before sending. The AI is instructed to use only the facts and prices you provide, but it can make mistakes. You must check scope, quantities, dates, prices, VAT and totals. Any price left blank is highlighted for you to complete. Documents are sent only after you confirm the send step.
Do not use QuoteTalk to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages, and do not attempt to access another account's data or disrupt the service.
We work to keep QuoteTalk available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
